GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness is a highly motivating, fun and exciting way to workout. Hale Health’s group fitness classes aim to educate, motivate and keep you accountable. Our goal is to get you exercising regularly and enjoying it!

Group fitness classes provide a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you work out on your own. Some of the benefits include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, variety in your workouts, a consistent training schedule and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience. Hale Health group fitness classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Each class is run by a qualified instructor.

Our $15.95 a week membership gives you unlimited access to our group fitness classes. If this isn’t what you’re after, you can purchase a 10 class concession card for $50 or pay a casual rate of $5 per session. Read more about our membership and pricing here.
