Class Schedule



Just want a basic gym membership when you can come and go as you please, do you own workouts.  We have no fuss options starting at $16 per week giving you 24/7 access to the gym with a variety of cardio and weights to serve your needs.  Each membership comes with free orientation and program to kick start your journey. 


Group fitness classes provide a variety of benefits you might miss out on if you work out on your own. Some of the benefits include exposure to a social and fun environment, a safe and effectively designed workout, variety in your workouts, a consistent training schedule and a workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience. Hale Health group fitness classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Each class is run by a qualified instructor.

Our new ultimate classes aim to educate, motivate and keep you accountable. Our goal is to get you exercising regularly and enjoying it in a small group environment.  There is 19 small group fitness training designed to step it up a level, increase fitness levels and improve in strength while getting coached by a qualified fitness trainer.
