What if I want to cancel my membership?
That’s absolutely fine, we don’t want to force anyone into staying somewhere they don’t want to be. If you want to leave for any reason, we have no hidden terms or conditions and don’t lock our members into contracts. Just talk to a staff member at the front desk or get in touch on 07 846 8755 or email@example.com and we’ll get you sorted. You’ll just need to notify us (14 days) in advance to process your cancelation.
Do I have to pay my membership fortnightly?
Yes, this is the way our system is set up. You can also pay upfront for an entire year and save $69.
Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes, we’ll let you put your membership on hold for up to three months every calendar year. First 2 weeks is free, every week thereafter during the hold period you’ll be charged 50% of your membership fee.
What if I only want to do group fitness classes? Do I need to be a member?
Easy, you can purchase a concession card. Our concession cards cost $50 and will give you access to 10 classes of your choice. There is no expiration date on these, so come in whenever suits. You don’t even need to be a member.
PERSONAL TRAINING FAQ’s
How does it work?
You can sign up for as many sessions you like each week and pick a 30 minute or 45 minute session. Throughout this session you’ll have a qualified trainer with you instructing you on what to do.
How do I get started?
Just ask at reception or give us a bell on 07 846 8755 – we’ll set up a time that suits and book you in for that slot. If you’re not sure what you need exactly, have a chat to one of our staff members about your goals and we can provide recommendations.
How much does it cost?
Rates start from $30 – $40 for 30 minutes and $45 – $55 for 45 minutes
